TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Estimator for a growing Electrical Contractor specialising in projects up to 6m across the commercial fit-out and private healthcare sectors.
The Candidate
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience estimating experience.
- Experience tendering projects ranging from 500k/5m.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents
- Liaise with internal/external engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Identify alternative designs and value engineering opportunities
- Conduct negotiations and maintain tendering processes
- Manage supplier and subcontractor directories
- Organise and control tender documentation
- Relevant estimating software experience
