Change Lead
We're looking for a Change Lead for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial 8-month contract, paying up to £700 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in London two days a week. The successful Change Lead will drive financial change across the organisation, taking full ownership of delivery rather than passing work on. You'll lead change activity tied to finance and ERP systems, engage stakeholders at all levels and keep momentum through a hands-on, get-it-done approach. You will need proven experience in the following: Change leadership on financial or ERP transformation programmesA strong financial change background and understanding of core finance processes
MS Dynamics, specifically Finance and Operations
Finance and ERP systems more broadly
Stakeholder management across senior and delivery teams
A hands-on delivery style, comfortable doing the work yourself Not-for-profit sector experience would be beneficial. Knowledge of the ADKAR framework is highly desirable.
