Development Delivery Analyst/Reporting Analyst Japanese

- Role Title: Development Delivery Analyst/Reporting Analyst (Japanese/English Bilingual)
- Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Day Rate: Umbrella
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in leading teams or coordinating projects within a reporting or analytics environment.
- A keen eye for detail, with a proactive work ethic and a strong focus on quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic technical settings while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience mentoring colleagues in reporting tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with MS .NET Framework environments and hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A background in Business, IT, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication hub among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Summarize updates through weekly meetings and daily communications with the development team.
- Ensure the timely flow of accurate information to facilitate decision-making and risk management.
- Prepare bilingual weekly reports (English and Japanese) detailing project progress and challenges.
- Gather project updates from the development team and consolidate them into cohesive status reports.
- Provide clear overviews of weekly accomplishments, tracking ongoing and upcoming tasks.
- Identify project issues and risks, proposing mitigation strategies in your reports.
- Document key decisions made during the reporting period.
- Report essential metrics and performance indicators to gauge overall project health.
- Create customized ad hoc status reports based on stakeholder needs.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones, flagging any deviations.
- Maintain bilingual and contextually appropriate communication and documentation.
- Support proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
