We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding school in the heart of Dacorum, Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work in a setting where every day brings new rewards and learning experiences.

The Role
• Support students with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver individualised learning plans.
• Help create an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student can thrive.
• Foster independence, resilience, and confidence in students both academically and personally.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes.

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential.
