Assistant Garment Technologist, Structured
What’s the role about?
We’re looking for an Assistant Garment Technologist to join our technical team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of beautifully made, perfectly fitting products. Working closely with Senior and Junior Garment Technologists, you’ll ensure smooth running of fit sessions, manage key admin and sample processes, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on track. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.
This role is a 12 months fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing for and assisting in fit sessions, including measuring and pressing samples and recording fit notes.
- Managing the flow of fit and pre-shipment samples, from chasing suppliers to checking quality and updating trackers.
- Supporting Senior and Junior Garment Technologists with day-to-day technical admin tasks.
- Handling customer, DC, and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Updating technical systems (Vision) with measurements, fabric compositions, care instructions, and approvals.
- Coordinating sample storage, shipments, and sample sales.
- Assisting with seasonal projects such as returns analysis, lessons learned, and reporting.
- Ensuring consistency of fit and technical information across collections by keeping trackers and documents up to date.
