- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates globally.
- Experience running targeted recruitment campaigns and talent attraction activities.
- Skilled at conducting thorough candidate assessments and delivering constructive feedback.
- Passion for creating positive candidate experiences and building employer brand awareness.
- Experience organising or participating in recruitment events is a plus.
- Comfortable working within cross-cultural, multinational teams.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a vibrant and inclusive team spread across multiple countries, committed to innovation and excellence. They offer opportunities to grow your career in a fast-evolving industry and to contribute meaningfully to a company that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
