Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Officer to assist in the day-to-day coordination and management of our construction projects and company operations. This position plays a critical support role, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and workflow between field teams, subcontractors, clients, and management—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote administrative and operational support to on-site and office teams.

• Track project timelines, schedules, and deliverables; follow up on progress and deadlines.

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and updates between teams and stakeholders.

• Manage and organize digital project files, reports, and documentation.

• Assist with procurement tracking, logistics coordination, and order confirmations.

• Monitor task lists and ensure team accountability through online tools.

• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal memos.

• Help maintain compliance with company policies and project procedures.

• Perform basic data entry, project tracking, and reporting duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administration (construction industry a plus).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, etc.).

• Basic understanding of construction workflows and terminology is an advantage.

• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Fluency in English

Flexible remote hours, with availability during core business hours (adjustable based on company needs).
