Solution Architect
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable, adaptable IT solutions that align with RMG’s architecture and evolving business needs. You’ll shape projects with development costs up to £10M and lifetime costs of £50M, ensuring technology investments deliver real business value.
What you’ll do
Turn project blueprints into solution designs.
Prepare and govern solution architecture.
Define technology specs and integrate systems.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
Partner with analysts and developers in Agile sprints.
Educate stakeholders on Agile ways of working.
What we’re looking for
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and integration.
Proven experience in solution architecture across services, applications, integration, and data.
Track record of delivering large, complex IT solutions.
Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.
TOGAF certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
