Hourly Restaurant Manager

The manager on duty at our bustling restaurant needs to keep things running smoothly. As Restaurant Manager, you'll ensure high standards across all zones, open and close the restaurant, and handle cash. You'll also be hands-on, leading the team, providing excellent service, and keeping the place spotless. We're looking for someone organised, energetic, and tech-savvy, with a knack for solving problems. At least one year of management experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

• Pay: £17+ per hour + bonus scheme
• Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and some travel
• Contract: Full-time

• Education: GCSEs or equivalent preferred

The Work

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Execute shift management, enforcing policies and safety standards
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain the facility in good working order
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
• At least one year of management experience in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Knowledge of Raising Cane’s policies and systems
