Teacher of History - Harrow Independent School (ASAP)
We are working with a historic and world-renowned independent school in Harrow to appoint a scholarly History Teacher for a permanent, full-time role starting ASAP. The Role The successful candidate will teach History across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to contribute to high-level A-Level seminars. The department values a knowledge-rich approach, moving beyond standard specifications to challenge inquisitive young minds with complex global narratives. You will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school, including leading co-curricular history societies and supporting the pastoral system as a personal tutor.
Requirements
QTS and a strong degree in History or a related discipline.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary M1 – UPS3 (£37,870 – £56,154) per annum.
