As an Early Years Practitioner , you may work in one nursery long term or across several nurseries depending on your availability and preference.

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner

• Supporting children aged 0-5 with learning and development
• Assisting with play-based activities and early learning goals
• Encouraging communication, confidence and positive behaviour
• Supporting daily care routines and nursery transitions
• Settling quickly into new nursery environments as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in private nurseries
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across Enfield nurseries
