Senior Building Surveyor
Leading technical due diligence on industrial, logistics and office acquisitions
Contract administering and project managing refurbishments up to c.£5m
Undertaking defect investigations and root cause analysis
Preparing planned maintenance programmes for portfolio clients
Advising on party wall and rights of light matters
Writing fee proposals and developing follow-on work
Reviewing reports and supervising apprentice surveyorsThe Person? Someone who can run a caseload independently and is ready to build a name with clients. The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have: MRICS with around 4-7 years post-qualification experience
A commercial consultancy background covering both project and professional work
Strong dilapidations and contract administration experience
A track record of managing clients and generating fees
Experience mentoring junior surveyorsIn Return………?£65,000 - £77,000 basic salary
