Restaurant Management and Operations
The Restaurant Manager is crucial to Raising Cane’s daily operations, maintaining our standards and culture. You'll support the Restaurant Leader, managing shifts, cash handling, and ensuring our restaurant zones meet our high standards. This role requires physical exertion in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working with common allergens and industrial equipment. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record in restaurant or retail management.

- Pay: Competitive pay + monthly bonus
- Hours: Bi-weekly pay available, varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Contract: Full-time
- Location: London

The Work
- Maintain Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Manage and direct crew members during a shift
- Open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards, complete required training
- Provide exemplary customer service and utilise reward and recognition programs
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desirable
- Previous experience with Raising Cane’s
- Fluency in additional languages
