Delivery Principal
About the Role
The Delivery Principal role exists to lead some of Tecknuovo’s largest, most strategically important, and highest-profile client engagements. You are accountable for ensuring complex programmes deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and their customers, while protecting commercial performance and strengthening long-term client relationships.
As a senior delivery leader, you provide oversight across multiple teams, workstreams, or programmes, bringing clarity, structure, and confidence in environments that are often fast-moving and ambiguous. You act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and play a critical role in shaping delivery strategy, resolving challenges, and ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives.
Sitting within the Delivery Hub and working closely with colleagues across Portfolio, Commercial, Talent, and Technology, this role has a direct impact on client satisfaction, account growth, and Tecknuovo’s reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes on complex engagements.
Key responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of large, complex, or business-critical client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved and commercial objectives are met.
Provide strategic oversight across multiple delivery teams or workstreams, ensuring alignment to client goals, delivery plans, and contractual commitments.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a confident and credible advisor on delivery strategy, risks, and opportunities.
Shape delivery approaches that balance client needs, technical requirements, and commercial constraints.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, intervening early to protect delivery outcomes and client relationships, escalating to Client Directors as appropriate.
Utilise AI to increase delivery efficiency, and assist in shaping the broader TN AI strategy.
Use delivery data and commercial metrics to track progress, forecast performance, and inform decisions.
Coach and support Delivery Managers and other team members, helping to raise capability across the Delivery Hub.
Lead governance forums, steering meetings, and executive reporting with clarity and confidence.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements and contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and discovery activities.
Contribute to the evolution of Tecknuovo’s delivery capability, including methods, tooling, standards, and thought leadership.
Who you are and how you’ll make an impact
You are an experienced delivery leader with a strong track record of leading large-scale, high-value programmes in complex client environments. You are comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level and are able to bring structure and calm to challenging situations.
You combine strong delivery discipline with commercial awareness and understand how successful delivery contributes to account growth, client retention, and profitability. You are highly credible, communicate clearly, and know how to influence, challenge, and build trust with both clients and internal teams.
Your impact comes from your ability to see the bigger picture while staying close enough to delivery to identify issues early and support teams effectively. You enjoy developing others, sharing your expertise, and helping shape how Tecknuovo continues to scale its delivery capability.
A day in the life
A typical day might begin with a review of delivery and commercial performance across one or more critical client engagements, identifying emerging risks, dependencies, or opportunities.
You may then join a steering committee with senior client stakeholders, translating programme data into clear insights and recommendations. Later, you might coach a Delivery Manager through a challenging situation, collaborate with Portfolio and Commercial colleagues on an account growth opportunity, or contribute to a proposal for a new piece of work.
Whether you are resolving a complex delivery issue, strengthening a client relationship, or helping shape Tecknuovo’s delivery standards, your focus remains the same: ensuring our most important engagements deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.
Equal Opportunities
At Tecknuovo, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment process and working environment for everyone. We want all candidates to have the best possible opportunity to succeed throughout their application. As a Disability Confident Committed employer, we actively encourage conversations about reasonable adjustments and will invite shortlisted candidates to share any adjustments they may need during the recruitment process.Recommended Jobs
