Your key responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Night Receptionist and become part of our prestigious five-star team.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)

You will work alongside the Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest requests and cash, and completing the night audit.

With excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, you will build lasting relationships with guests and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and we will support your growth as a front office expert.

• Manage check-ins and check-outs, address guest requests, and complete the night audit with accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Night Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Build strong rapport with guests, personalising their experience and resolving any issues promptly.

• Take ownership of your role, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

• A calm, professional, and approachable demeanour, even under pressure.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating seamlessly with night managers and colleagues.

• A proactive attitude to anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a passion for hospitality and a keen willingness to learn is essential.
