Strategic Partnerships Manager (Special Projects)
About Doccla
We’re Doccla – a fast-growing health tech company pioneering virtual wards. We enable hospitals, community services, and commissioners to care for patients remotely using our innovative technology and comprehensive support services. Patients are discharged from physical wards into virtual ones, allowing them to recover comfortably at home, while health systems benefit from improved efficiency and capacity.
Backed by top-tier investors such as Lakestar, General Catalyst, and Speedinvest, we've recently raised £35 million in Series B funding. We're solving real, pressing problems in healthcare and scaling rapidly.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven, entrepreneurial team at a pivotal stage in our growth. We’re united by a shared goal: to lead the transformation of virtual healthcare.
What You’ll Do
This is an exciting role at the interface of the Doccla Commercial and Exec Teams, working alongside the 2 Co-Founders and Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute GTM strategies for new, high-value market segments. With sponsorship and mentoring from Doccla’s senior management, you’ll drive some of our highest-priority deals, from creating and delivering bespoke pitches, to managing deal flow from pitch to contract signature. You will:
Working with Co-Founders and Chief Commercial Officer, drive new high-priority, high-revenue market segments to bring Remote Monitoring to the world.
Value proposition and pitch collateral creation: we need to create inspirational, eye-catching material that will catch and hold the attention of some of Europe’s most celebrated healthcare executives.
Dealflow Management: Half of sales is doing what you said you would do, when you said you would do it. Help us always meet and exceed customer demands by remaining laser-focused on what drives value.
Grow your network by participating in industry events such as seminars, trade shows, networking events, etc.
Work with Marketing staff to develop a marketing plan covering all channels and relevant trade shows.
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge relating to Doccla’s range of products and services

You will have experience in healthcare sales or policy
You have “seen greatness”: what it takes for a business to be (really) successful in this space
You will be ambitious and want to grow into a senior role as the company expands.
You will possess entrepreneurial flair, a positive mindset and can-do attitude towards getting things done.
