This role will be based full time from our Tower Hill campus.

The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. They provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success. The Lead Student Hub Advisor will be part of a proactive team that answers student queries and offers expert advice. They help create a positive student experience by providing clear information and directing students to the right support services.

The role will focus on one of the following areas:

- Managing Student Hub and Student Life Advisors, or

- Leading staff training and handling complex student cases and admin tasks.

Regardless of their focus, the Lead Advisor will ensure student queries are handled promptly and followed up as needed. The ideal candidate will show patience, empathy, and strong knowledge of university systems to effectively support students.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting student retention efforts and monitoring attendance.

- Advising students on absence-related issues.

- Coordinating campus support programmes (e.g. mentoring, academic support, student life)

- Advocating for students and helping facilitate support from instructors.

- Staying up-to-date with university policies and best practices.

- Tracking and analysing student data for reporting.

• Experience in a student facing capacity, advising, mentoring, guidance or overseeing student experience programming
• Highly motivated, excels in fast-paced environments

• Ability to communicate effectively with students and employees and interact with diverse populations.
• Experience with CRMs and student records databases
• Experience in student life and student success programming.
• Independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances

Desirable requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Higher Education experience
• Experience in program development and implementation.
