Your Role:
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in Psychology at Key Stages 4 and 5 (and optionally Key Stage 3 PHSE modules).
• Develop learners’ analytical, research and evaluative skills.
• Contribute to the design of a dynamic and evolving Psychology curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, supporting all learners to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with the wider department and pastoral team to enrich student learning and development.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• A degree in Psychology or related subject
• Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Psychology (AQA specification desirable)
• A passion for student wellbeing, inclusion, and academic growth
• Strong classroom management and a reflective teaching style
