A warm, informal HNW American family based in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced and energetic Temporary Rota Nanny to care for their three lively boys on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota basis. The position is offered on a 5–6 month contract, while the family prepares for relocation in the summer.

The children are bright, active, and curious, so the family is looking for a nanny who can match their high energy, bring creativity to their days, and confidently manage routines, school schedules, and activities. The household is fully staffed with Housekeepers and a Chef, allowing the nanny to focus entirely on the children’s wellbeing, development, and day-to-day care. The family travels during school holidays, so a travel-ready nanny is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ professional nanny experience, ideally caring for children of similar ages, with previous rota nanny experience strongly preferred. Experience working within HNW or UHNW households is essential, along with a hands-on, energetic approach and a genuine love of active play. The successful nanny will be highly adaptable, confident working in a busy household, and a capable driver. Above all, they will be passionate about supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth while providing a nurturing, engaging, and well-structured environment.
