About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our client’s team in London, UK. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Perform inventory checks and maintain stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Forklift licence (desirable but not required)
