Role Overview:

At ETM Group, being a Senior Chef de Partie is a key role within our kitchen teams and an important step in your culinary progression within premium hospitality. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Senior Chef de Parties play a vital role in day-to-day kitchen operations. Working closely with the kitchen management team, you help deliver seasonal, modern menus with consistency, precision, and a strong focus on quality.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will take full ownership of your section, ensuring prep, service, and standards are executed to the highest level. You will support junior chefs, contribute to a positive kitchen culture, and play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient service. This is a hands-on position where you will continue to refine your skills and prepare for future progression into leadership roles.

* Proven Experience: You have strong experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen environment, ideally within premium dining.

* Technical Ability: You demonstrate strong cooking skills and a confident understanding of your section and kitchen operations.

* Organisation & Reliability: You are well-organised, dependable, and able to maintain high standards during busy service periods.

* Quality & Consistency: You take pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes with excellent attention to detail.

* Supportive Approach: You are confident supporting and guiding junior chefs, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
