About the Role: As a Trainee Account Handler, you will gain exposure to commercial risks, benefiting from training and development from our experienced and dedicated team of Account Executives. 

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Offer and present insurance solutions for renewals and new business.
• Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
• Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income from various marketing sources.
• Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management.
• Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations.

About You: As a valuable member of our team, you'll possess:

• Maths and English GCSE level 5 and above
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) or a desire to working towards them.
  
• Strong customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
• Drive and passion to learn and develop within the insurance industry.
• Ability to use initiative, multitask, and manage administrative tasks.
• Good IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
