Gym Manager
Join the UK's leading fitness brand as our Assistant Gym Manager in Enfield, supporting our Gym Manager in delivering an exceptional member experience and leading our talented fitness team. The Work
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and an excellent member experience
- Support new joiner acquisition through outreach and community events
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors
- Manage and improve group exercise offerings
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
What You Need
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
- Resilience, confidence, and integrity
Desirable
- Experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry
