As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom, helping teachers deliver lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire. You’ll work closely with students in small groups and 1:1, support lesson planning, and contribute to the school’s lively extracurricular and enrichment programmes. What you’ll do:

• Support teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons.
• Work with students individually and in small groups to boost learning.
• Help plan and prepare classroom activities and resources.
• Get involved in after-school clubs, mentoring, or school events.
• Learn from experienced staff and build your teaching skills.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree (2:2 or above) in any subject.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
