Planning Manager
A global retailer is looking for a planning manager to oversee the Amazon sales channel across the European arm of its business. This organisation has the license agreements for some of the largest and most prominent names in the market. It is a multi-billion-dollar organisation distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are growing the teams across all functions. The Planning Manager for Amazon Europe is responsible for the dedicated end-to-end sales and operations planning process for all Amazon business across Europe. You will work closely with marketing, sales and operations to drive the strategy for all planning activities across an 18-month strategy. You’ll work in partnership with teams across the UK, Spain, France and Germany to ensure the global strategy has been implemented at a local level, ensuring commercial targets are achieved. Coming from a background in demand planning, e-commerce merchandising, or international wholesale merchandising, you will have demonstrable experience in driving business growth. Experience with international markets is advantageous, as is experience working with Amazon. You will have a wealth of experience working with ERP systems, along with having a solid understanding of MS office suits including creating pivot tables, lookups and graphs through Excel. In return they are offering a competitive salary of up to £75,000, a generous bonus and 33 days holiday, plus bank holiday entitlement. The office is located in Central London and offers hybrid working.
