The Role
London Business School is looking for an organised, professional and proactive Executive Support Assistant to join the Dean’s Office.
This is an important support role at the centre of the School, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to colleagues in the Dean’s Office. You will help ensure that senior office activity runs smoothly, that information is handled accurately and professionally, and that stakeholders receive a responsive and reliable service.
Working in a busy and high-profile environment, you will need to be confident managing competing priorities, handling confidential information with discretion and building effective working relationships across the School.
Main Responsibilities
Provide professional administrative and executive support within the Dean’s Office.
Support diary coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up activity as required.
Help organise meetings, events, travel arrangements and associated logistics.
Prepare, format and maintain documents, correspondence, briefings and other materials.
Act as a helpful and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle information sensitively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support the smooth flow of information across the Dean’s Office and wider School.
Maintain accurate records, files and office processes.
Track actions, deadlines and priorities to help ensure work is completed on time.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across London Business School to deliver a responsive and high-quality service.
Support ad hoc projects and office activity as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and a wide range of colleagues.
A professional, discreet and customer-focused approach.
Good IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and relevant business systems confidently.
A proactive, flexible and collaborative working style.
The ability to use initiative, solve problems and follow through on actions.
Experience in an executive support, administrative support or office coordination role would be advantageous.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus up to 5 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
