Premium Credit Limited

Transformation Lead – Organisation Design & Development

6‑Month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid, London location

At Premium Credit, we’re on a significant journey to become a more product‑centric, agile and AI‑enabled organisation. This transformation goes beyond technology — it’s about fundamentally re‑shaping how we’re structured, how we work together, and how we lead.

We’re now looking for an experienced Transformation Lead – Organisation Design & Development to join us on a 6‑month fixed term contract, playing a critical role in shaping and landing the organisation changes that will enable our future strategy.

What you’ll be doing

This role goes far beyond organisation charts. You’ll be accountable for making new ways of working real — aligning structures, roles, decision rights, skills, leadership behaviours and culture so they genuinely support our strategic outcomes.

You’ll:

· Translate strategic objectives, Target Operating Model (TOM) principles and senior leadership intent into clear, structured and deliverable transformation plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, costs and outcomes

· Work with Sponsors and senior stakeholders to shape and agree organisation design goals, success measures, benefits and delivery approaches
Establish and maintain robust delivery governance, including appropriate stage gates, artefacts, RAID management and reporting aligned to PCL standards

· Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering organisation design, transition, change, capability uplift and adoption activities

· Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Business, Technology, Product, People, Change, Finance and Risk to ensure joined‑up delivery

· Lead complex organisation design and organisation development initiatives, either as stand‑alone programmes or embedded within wider business and technology transformations

· Design future‑state organisational structures, roles, accountabilities and decision rights that support product‑centric ways of working

· Own end‑to‑end organisation transition planning, including interim states, phasing, dependencies and cutover

· Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Business, Technology, Product, People, Change, Finance and Risk

  • Ensure people, capability, leadership, culture and readiness impacts are fully assessed and actively managed

  • Act as a role model for delivery discipline, collaboration and modern leadership behaviours

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can confidently operate in ambiguity and complexity, balancing strategic ambition with practical execution.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading complex people‑led and organisation transformations, not just discrete projects

  • Strong experience translating high‑level strategy and TOM principles into executable organisation designs

  • A solid grounding in organisation design, organisation development and transition frameworks

  • Experience influencing and working with senior executives and ExCo‑level sponsors

  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and benefits tracking

  • Exceptional facilitation, structuring and stakeholder management skills

  • The judgement to operate autonomously in a fast‑moving, evolving environment

Experience in financial services (credit, payments, insurance or similar) is desirable, as is a relevant transformation, programme or change qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP).
