Marketing & Wholesale Sales Assistant

London brand Bordelle is looking for an organised, passionate, hardworking Marketing & Sales Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer in running the Marketing and Wholesale departments.

This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working on many different aspects within the running of the Bordelle brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organising meetings and distributing buying materials and samples to wholesale clients and organising seasonal tradeshows in Paris and New York, with the potential to attend
• Assisting wholesale clients with general queries and monitoring online pricing to maintain consistency, while keeping contact sheets and client information up to date
• Researching key growth areas and retail partners, working on brand strategy and international growth
• Creating brand training documents, assisting in brand training, visiting clients, and providing detailed brand information and sales incentives to grow sales
• Pulling sales reports, updating sell-thrus and collecting and inputting orders
• Monitoring stock and managing movement between UK and EU warehouses
• Assisting on photoshoots, organising styling pieces and helping the team on set
• Organising and planning events across both press and customer-facing activations
• Responding to collaboration requests and building relationships with press, stylists and content creators through affiliate marketing channels

What Bordelle is looking for:

• Proficient with Excel.
• Native-level English speaker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including manner and tone
• Very strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules
• Very good understanding of social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram and affiliate marketing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different departments.
• Able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
• A good understanding of social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with Zedonk or similar stock and order management systems is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus
• An interest in fashion or the luxury sector is a plus.
