Programme Manager [Sustainability and Regulatory Change]
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programmes focused on sustainability and regulatory change.
- Collaborate with market-leading sustainability experts and the firm's Sustainability Committee to drive meaningful transformation.
- Develop business cases, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and ensure programmes deliver against strategic objectives.
- Establish and oversee programme governance, balancing agility with control for effective decision-making.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across a complex change portfolio.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change enablement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
- Champion best practices in programme management aligned with the firm's goals.
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes in professional services or global organisations.
- Expertise in sustainability and regulatory-driven change, with a track record of mitigating risks and achieving compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in global, cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in programme management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APMQ).
