Part Time Housing Officer

Your new company
A well-established housing organisation is seeking a Part-Time Housing Officer to join their team on a remote basis, covering a patch across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and Moray. With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Management team.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services to tenants across the region. This includes tenancy sustainment, rent management, estate inspections, and addressing anti-social behaviour. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently while managing a varied caseload.

• Manage tenancies and support tenants to maintain their homes
• Conduct property visits and estate inspections
• Address tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support tenant wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with housing legislation

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a housing management role
• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and best practice
• Ability to travel across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and Moray
• Strong IT skills and ability to work remotely
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• 23-23.50 per hour (PAYE)
