The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong leadership skills to manage daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.,

• Manage and supervise the dispatch team, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate scheduling and routing of deliveries to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze dispatch operations and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Prepare reports on dispatch activities, delivery status, and team performance.
  Proven experience in dispatch or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license is a plus, (no more than 6 points)
