Job Brief:We are seeking a flexible, analytical, roll-up-your-sleeves Associate, Asset Management to help steward Wahed's growing real estate portfolio across the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and the United States. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Asset Management , you will be the hands-on execution engine that helps the Senior Analyst deliver against the team's goals — making sure newly acquired properties are stabilized, protected, performing, and delivering the distributions we have committed to our investors.
The Senior Analyst owns these outcomes; your job is to make them happen on the ground. You will be equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on the phone with a property manager, will do whatever it takes to get the job done, and will help build the repeatable processes that let a lean team manage a rapidly growing, multi-market portfolio.
