Junior Recruitment Consultant
Learning about the specialist markets you're recruiting into, including technology and data where relevant.
Supporting and developing business development activity, including identifying new client opportunities and building commercial relationships.
Speaking with hiring managers and understanding the problems they need to solve.
Searching for, approaching and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own growing network.
Interviewing and assessing candidates.
Advising clients on talent availability, market conditions and recruitment strategy.
Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Building your own network and reputation within the technology market.
Using modern recruitment tools, market insight and data to work smarter and build stronger shortlists.
Developing your commercial understanding and learning how successful technology businesses operate. What could your career look like? Junior Recruitment Consultant Build on your recruitment experience, strengthen your candidate and client skills and develop your specialist market knowledge. ? Senior Consultant Become a specialist in your technology market, work with major clients and take responsibility for developing others. ? Team Leader / Manager Build a team, develop new markets and own a portfolio of clients. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who has already had some exposure to recruitment and is ready to keep progressing. You might currently be working in delivery, resourcing, candidate management, account management or a 360 recruitment role. Experience in Data or Technology recruitment would be a bonus, but it is not essential. We are more interested in your drive, communication style, commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
