Head of IT (Energy) - 12 Month FTC

In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape and deliver the technology strategy for our Salesforce landscape while guiding a high-performing team of IT professionals. As a core member of the global IT & Change leadership team, you’ll build strong partnerships across the business, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and champion technology solutions that enable commercial success.

You will oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with our enterprise architecture. Alongside driving technology-enabled transformation, you’ll ensure a robust and cost-effective Salesforce support model is in place, monitor service performance, and stay ahead of emerging innovations in energy retail technology. This is an opportunity to lead, influence and deliver meaningful impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Significant experience developing technology strategy and systems design in an energy retail environment covering sales, customer operations, industry interface and back-office process;

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
