Take ownership of complex enterprise software delivery projects used by globally recognised organisations in highly regulated industries. This role combines business analysis, software configuration and stakeholder engagement, giving you the opportunity to influence outcomes, shape implementations and deliver measurable value for customers worldwide.

Working fully remotely across the UK, you will join a collaborative environment that values ownership, autonomy and practical problem-solving. Teams work closely with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing direct exposure to complex projects, international stakeholders and meaningful business challenges.
The Role
In this position, you will play a leading role in the successful delivery of enterprise software implementations. Acting as the bridge between customers and technical teams, you will gather requirements, advise stakeholders, configure software solutions and help ensure projects achieve their intended outcomes.
This position offers significant responsibility and visibility. You will work across multiple international projects, contribute to pre-sales activities and influence how solutions are configured to meet complex business requirements. The role suits an experienced Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant or Client Delivery Specialist who enjoys combining customer engagement with technical delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customer workshops and capture detailed business requirements.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend effective solution approaches.
- Configure enterprise software to support customer objectives.
- Support project delivery across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Contribute to RFI and RFP responses.
- Mentor junior colleagues and share delivery best practice.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong software configuration experience within customer-facing environments.
- Proven requirements gathering and workshop facilitation expertise.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of software development principles and programming concepts.
- Degree educated with strong academic achievement.
Nice-to-Have
- Java development or coding experience.
- Experience within life sciences or other regulated sectors.
- Additional language skills including German, French, Spanish or Japanese.
- Exposure to international software delivery projects.
