OverviewAt Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Compliance Business Partner to join our team. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping us maintain the highest standards of compliance and risk management. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice and ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations while supporting our business goals. How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping them balance commercial opportunities with compliance risks. You’ll provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring our policies and practices align with the latest standards. By leading compliance projects and monitoring regulatory changes, you’ll play a key role in embedding professional standards across the organisation.
You’ll also lead and develop a talented team, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their best. Whether it’s delivering training, preparing governance reports, or supporting mergers and acquisitions, your work will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and integrity.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Advising on compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting the business in managing compliance risks.
- Leading conduct training and awareness initiatives.
- Preparing high-quality governance reports for senior management.
- Supporting regulatory change and integration projects.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A strong understanding of the London Market and MGA sector.
- Knowledge of FCA rules and their application to insurance brokers.
- Experience in preparing governance reports and working with senior leaders.
- The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms to different audiences.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and achieving business outcomes.
- Leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a commitment to ethical practices.
