2. Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine product management, business analysis, and project management skills to deliver high-impact AI and automation solutions. You will act as the bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring delivery runs smoothly from opportunity assessment through to implementation.

3. Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Capture and document user stories and requirements for AI and automation solutions.
• Develop solution design documents, including Agentic AI workflows.
• Apply an AI-first approach to product management, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.
• Write test scripts and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.

Business Analysis

• Conduct opportunity assessments to identify and scope AI and automation initiatives.
• Map and optimise business processes, applying Lean thinking and AI opportunities.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for consulting engagements and technology solutions.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure risks/issues are addressed proactively.
• Provide clear and structured stakeholder management across all levels.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and consultants.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

4. Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
• Strong background in consulting (large or boutique).
• Hands-on experience with AI and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High energy, growth mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience facilitating agile delivery and managing sprint boards (e.g. Jira).
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and attention to detail.
• Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
