Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager –Banking will play a key role in shaping the strategy and execution of Fenergo’s product offerings to the banking segment. This is a strategic, high-impact position for a product leader passionate about financial technology, innovation, and delivering world-class solutions to banking clients. 

You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Banking segment, ensuring alignment with Fenergo’s overall product direction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Define and own the Banking product strategy: You will identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiators to shape Fenergo’s value proposition in the banking segment.
  2. Develop and manage the product roadmap: You will ensure alignment with business goals and client priorities.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams: You will translate product vision into detailed requirements and successful product releases.
  4. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams: You will support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement.
  5. Conduct market research and customer discovery: Identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and innovation opportunities in the banking sector.
  6. Monitor product performance and client feedback: Using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and iteration.
  7. Act as a thought leader within Fenergo and across the industry: You will represent the Banking product suite in client meetings, industry events, and internal forums

Requirements

About You 

You are a strategic, commercially minded product leader with a passion for building products that deliver real value to financial institutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of how technology can transform banking experiences. 

 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in defining and executing product strategy. 
  • Preferably experience building world class B2B SaaS Products 
  • Proven experience within financial services, ideally with banking experience. (preferably enterprise wide including Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial/Business Banking, Retail/Consumer)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle—from concept through launch and iteration. 
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment. 
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance workflows within the banking space. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • A passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
