What is the role?

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Growth team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for supporting our growth ambitions through the development of high-quality customer proposals, service solutions and technical presentations.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers and prospective clients, you will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, shaping compelling service offerings and ensuring our solutions effectively meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical and product knowledge with commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.

What will you do?

• Proposal Development: Take ownership of the end-to-end proposal creation process, ensuring customer requirements are understood and translated into high-quality, commercially viable proposals, including appropriate cost estimations.

• Service Package Development: Develop and structure service packages that align with the business strategy, customer needs and overall service offering.

• Technical and Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for technical and product-related presentations, confidently communicating the value, capabilities and benefits of our solutions to customers and prospective clients.

• Business Development: Support new business development activities, identifying opportunities to engage new customers and expand existing business relationships.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and potential opportunities for the development and positioning of TCEU products.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with relevant internal teams to ensure proposals, service offerings and customer solutions are aligned with business objectives and can be delivered effectively.

What are we looking for in you?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Significant experience in a senior pre-sales, solutions consulting or similar commercial and technical role.

• Strong experience in developing customer proposals, including service solutions and cost estimations.

• Excellent technical and product knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.

• A strong understanding of business development and the customer acquisition process.

• Experience in developing and positioning service offerings to meet customer requirements.

• Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, commercially focused approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key activities.
