Compliance Administrator – Prestigious London Law Firm
A leading London-based law firm is seeking a professional, detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Administrator to join its established legal team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s ongoing commitment to regulatory excellence and ethical practice across all jurisdictions.
Role Overview:
The Compliance Administrator will support the senior management team in maintaining robust compliance frameworks, ensuring the firm adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including SRA, GDPR and AML. You will play a key role in policy management, risk mitigation and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments
- Support firm-wide risk assessments and contribute to the compliance risk register
- Manage legal compliance documentation, registers and filing systems with discretion and accuracy
- Coordinate and track internal training on legal and regulatory matters
- Assist with audit preparation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to senior legal and compliance professionals
Your Profile:
- Degree-qualified in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a compliance, governance, or legal support role
- Law firm or similar professional services experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including AML, GDPR and SRA standards
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in compliance software and document management systems
