Workplace Technical Designer / Architectural Technician
Develop technical design packages from concept through to construction.
Ensure designs meet UK building regulations and construction standards.
Work closely with designers, project managers, contractors and suppliers.
Resolve technical design queries and ensure buildability. Key requirements: Advanced Revit skills are essential.
Strong experience in commercial workplace / office fit-out.
Excellent knowledge of partitioning, joinery and construction detailing.
Previous experience within a Design & Build environment is highly desirable.
Good understanding of UK building regulations and technical coordination. This would be 4 days on site / 1 day remote, in Central London. Initial contract 3 months with extensions thereafter. If you have strong Revit skills and experience delivering technical design packages for workplace fit-out projects, please get in touch
