Digital Marketing Executive (performance) (London)
Our client is scaling rapidly and needs a Performance Marketing Associate to supercharge growth. The Performance Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in driving profitable user acquisition across multiple digital channels. You’ll work across paid media, attribution, funnel optimisation, and data reporting—shaping strategy as well as delivering results.
Role Highlights
- Manage and optimise PPC, paid social, SEO, and affiliate campaigns
- Own campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Build weekly dashboards that bring campaign performance to life
- Design A/B tests with statistical rigour to drive continual improvement
- Track market shifts and competitor tactics to keep us ahead
You Will Need
- 2–4 years’ experience managing Google and Meta Ads in a growth-focused setting
- A proven record of delivering results against CPA/ROAS targets at scale
- Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and statistical testing methods
- The ability to distil complex insights into clear, actionable takeaways
- Experience in fintech, ecommerce or B2C SaaS (desirable but not essential)
