Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project schedules.

* Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and contribute to progress reports, flagging delays, design issues, or third-party impacts.

* Attend site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings.

* Track weekly safety stats and labor projections.

* Collaborate with the commercial team to manage variations and costs.

* Implement company procedures with package managers.

Electrical Lead Requirements:

* Trade background with 3–7 years’ experience managing large-scale industrial projects and subcontractors.

* Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and design-build processes.
