We require Housing Manager, experienced in all aspect of tenancy management including Anti-social Behaviour, Assignments, Estate Inspections, Tenancy Review Visits and Tenancy Sign up. As this is a generic role the successful candidate will also be required to undertake Income Management. The patch size is approximately 450 properties within the London Borough of Sutton.
