Role Responsibilities
• Manage the school’s front desk, greeting visitors and ensuring sign-in procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and queries professionally.
• Support general administrative tasks such as filing, student passes, and communication.
• Provide assistance to pastoral and safeguarding staff where needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, calm, and organised manner.
• Previous school or reception experience desirable but not essential.
