As the Assistant General Manager at Poolhouse, you’re the second-in-command and the driving force behind daily operations, team energy, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example on shift, solve problems as they arise, and bring out the best in your people. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety in their role and sees themself as being influential in a group. They will also love being part of a large and lively team, and is ready to take their leadership skills to the next level.

• Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality leadership role
• Natural leader – confident, fair, and inspiring to others
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a calm head under pressure
• Excellent communicator who brings clarity and positivity
• Ambitious and proactive – sees what needs doing and gets it done
• Comfortable running shifts independently with full accountability
• Strong understanding of operational standards and team dynamics
• Passionate about service, standards, and people development
