Arrivals Coordinator (Weekend Hours)
Being an Arrival Coordinator at Portland Brown means youre making guests feel at home as soon as they take that first step through the door. From pre-arrival apartment checks to delivering special requests, you'll be playing a pivotal role in giving that truly special guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Arrivals / Departures
- Apartment Inspections
- Deliveries
- Guest Requests
- Troubleshooting small maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Desire to work in a mobile role that will take you across London on a daily basis
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to be outdoors in all weather
- Available to work weekends as well as weekdays
- Deal with small apartment maintenance issues
Rate:
- £12.50 per hour
