Ecommerce Administration Intern

Starting ASAP, 16Arlington is looking for a full-time Ecommerce Administration Intern to join the team in Hoxton, London for a minimum of three months.

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the successful applicant will support the ecommerce team across product management, online merchandising and day-to-day ecommerce operations.

Working at 16Arlington will provide the Ecommerce Administration Intern with practical experience in a luxury fashion ecommerce business, with a particular focus on maintaining accurate product, stock and operational information across the website and relevant ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Administration Intern

Ecommerce Administration & Product Management:

• Support the upload and maintenance of products in Shopify, ensuring product information, pricing and imagery are accurate
• Assist with product setup, categorisation and collection management
• Support product and stock updates across the website and third-party marketplaces
• Carry out regular website checks to ensure product information, pricing, availability and functionality are accurate
• Support general Shopify administration and ongoing website updates
• Maintain accurate e-commerce trackers and operational documents

Online Merchandising & Trading:

• Assist with the merchandising of category and collection pages
• Support product launches and seasonal website updates
• Support sale, markdown and promotional updates across the website

Reporting & Operational Support:

• Support the preparation of regular ecommerce reports
• Assist with data collection and maintaining reporting spreadsheets
• Support third-party marketplace administration
• Support wider day-to-day ecommerce administration and ad hoc projects as required

• Strong interest in ecommerce and luxury fashion.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
