What You’ll Do

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the EMEA region.

• Act as a champion for client needs, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and delivering exceptional outcomes.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, service-level discussions, and strategic updates with the client to maintain transparency and accountability.

Operational Delivery and Oversight

• Lead the delivery of security technology projects and services, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.

• Standardize processes and align regional operations with global standards to deliver seamless service across borders.

• Collaborate with country teams to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring operational excellence.

Program and Project Leadership

• Drive the successful execution of complex, multi-region security technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

• Develop and monitor KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve program outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and direction, ensuring accountability and collaboration at every stage.

Driving Digital Transformation

• Lead the adoption and integration of digital tools to improve service delivery, reporting, and project management efficiency.

• Promote the use of platforms and technologies that enhance collaboration and provide real-time visibility into project progress and outcomes.

• Train and support teams to ensure effective utilization of digital tools, driving productivity and alignment across regions.

Innovation and Expertise

• Leverage cutting-edge security technologies and best practices to design and deliver solutions tailored to the client’s needs.

• Proactively identify areas for innovation and improvement, aligning services with emerging trends and industry benchmarks.

Issue Resolution and Escalation

• Proactively identify and resolve potential service delivery issues, maintaining a clear audit trail for accountability.

• Lead cross-border teams to address challenges efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruptions to the client.
