About the role:
What you’ll be doing:
Championing brand consistency, design and produce creative assets across digital and print, including:
Social media content including static posts, carousels, stories, paid social assets and A/B creative variants
Leaflets, infographics and campaign materials
Create high-quality presentations, case studies and other B2B materials
Short animations and video clips including Reels and TikToks
Explore and apply AI tools and workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
What we need from you:
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if you have:
1–3 years professional experience in graphic or brand design
Ideally agency experience, with a portfolio demonstrating:
Strong creative thinking
Confident brand application
Execution across multiple formats and channels
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
Confident using Canva, experience with Figma and retouching skills
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual composition across print and digital
Working knowledge of PowerPoint is essential
Experience in AI-assisted design tools and workflows
Proven experience producing both digital and print assets, including social content, brochures, presentations, infographics and campaign materials
Basic video editing or motion graphics experience beyond After Effects
A strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team and wider internal teams
A pro-active interest in staying up to date with design trends, tools and best practices
